Policy Terms & Conditions
Usage: All Usage is negotiable through the agency prior to the time of booking. No booking for packaging, billboards, posters, or national ads without specific clearance.
Bookings: All bookings must have a completed Midwest Model Management Inc. voucher. The voucher will take precedence over any and all contracts or releases.
Rates: Midwest Model Management Inc. will quote each rate separately.
Time and one-half: Before 9:00am and after 5:00 pm. Day rate bookings are eight hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Fitting and wardrobe checks: Half the hourly rate, minimum of one hour.
Makeup and hairdressing time: Full hourly rate.
Lingerie and underwear: Must specify the type of lingerie at the time of booking. Agency must clear with the model prior to confirmation. A closed set must be provided. Bras, panties, pantyhose and all sheer and/or revealing apparel, double hourly rate.
Slips and sleepwear: Hourly rate and one-half.
Men's Briefs: Double the hourly rate.
Personal hygiene: Double the hourly rate.
Travel: Travel that exceeds one hour, half the hourly rate.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled within three working days, no fee.
Bookings cancelled within two working days, half the hourly fee.
Bookings cancelled within one working day prior, full hourly fee.
Tentative bookings: If a client does not release or confirm tentative bookings, the agency reserves the right to cancel.
Exclusivity: An exclusivity agreement requires a separate contract.
Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to inform the agency of all double or multiple bookings. All special requirements relating to hair, makeup, nails, special conditions and or requirements must be discussed before the model is booked.
Testing: Models may not sign a photographic release on any test shootings. Photographers may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made with the agency prior to shooting.
Service fee: A 20% service fee will apply to all bookings and usage fees. A 2% late charge per month from date due will be charged on all invoices not paid within 30 days.
